The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will help lead the floor during service, support the management team and make sure both guests and colleagues have a great experience.

You will be present in the operation, working alongside the team and helping everyone stay organised, confident and focused—even during the busiest services.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the smooth running of daily restaurant service.

• Leading by example and helping the team deliver warm, energetic hospitality.

• Coordinating the floor and adjusting priorities during busy services.

• Coaching team members and providing clear, constructive feedback.

• Handling guest questions and resolving concerns professionally.

• Supporting opening, closing, cash-handling and daily restaurant routines.

• Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.

You'll thrive in this role if you

• Has experience working in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.

• Has supervised shifts before or is ready to take the next step.

• Communicates clearly and remains calm under pressure.

• Is confident making decisions and solving problems during service.

• Supports colleagues and contributes to an inclusive team.

• Takes responsibility and leads with energy, trust and respect.

• Is flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
